My dad & I are constantly trading links on cool knives and gadgets that could potentially find a spot in our arsenal or fifth pocket. In April he printed out a flyer from Triple Eight Knives and handed it to me with a gleam in his eye.

We have always shared an interest in hooked blades, but never got around to purchasing one because most hook knives are fixed blades and oftentimes bigger than our legal 4 inch restrictions and on the expensive and “when would i ever use this” side of the coin. At only THREE INCHES when closed and a mere 4.25″ when open and locked, this is not only the perfect fifth pocket companion, it’s insanely sharp. With a belt clip on the one side, I knew just where to put this the minute I ripped it out of the box using my usual penknife.

I now have my folding Cop Tool knife attached to my visor in my truck for storage and on weekends when working around the house it has completely dominated my fifth pocket spot over all of my other knives.
